BASIC
CONSULTATION

30-minute phone call - $35

General advice about cats, their needs, and behavior

What is "normal" and what is not
-
Advice on whether you may need veterinary or behavioral help (or both)

New cat or first-time cat owner advice such as how to set up a littler box
-
Recommendations on issues such as furniture scratching or other destructive behaviors, excessive vocalization, timidness, inconvenient nighttime activity, etc.

This is not meant to diagnose any specific behavioral issue or cause, but rather to point you in the right direction for addressing your needs
-
More complex issues, such as aggression or inappropriate elimination, may require a full consultation as they are often more complicated and require a more in-depth analysis

If after an introductory consultation, you decide to do an In-Home Consultation within 4 weeks, the cost of the introductory consultation can be credited towards the full price of the full behavior consultation

Includes a brief email summary with resources relevant to your case

IN-HOME BEHAVIOR CONSULTATION

60-90 minute in-home visit - $345*

Behavioral assessment based on an in-depth questionnaire, home visit, and discussion

Perfect for addressing more complex behavioral problems such as inappropriate elimination, spraying, aggression towards other cats or people, fear, and other issues

Observation and interaction with your cat in their normal environment

Immediate advice on how to address the issue
-
Custom behavior plan that best suits your cat and lifestyle with detailed instructions on how to implement it

Letter to your veterinarian with a copy of the behavior plan
-
At least 2 follow-up video chats to troubleshoot and assess progress

Phone and email support as needed

At the client's request, an additional home visit can be arranged at a reduced rate for 12 months following the initial consultation

VIRTUAL BEHAVIOR CONSULTATION

Behavioral assessment based on an in-depth questionnaire and discussion via video conference call

Perfect for addressing more complex behavioral problems such as inappropriate elimination, spraying, aggression towards other cats or people, fear, and other issues

Note: this consultation requires access to an adequate internet connection and a device that is capable of using conference call software. I may ask you for a virtual tour of your home and/or a sketch of your home's layout.

WELL-BEING CONSULTATION

60-90 minute in home visit - $255*

Well-being consultations are designed to make sure you have to tools and knowledge to give your cat the environment they need for a happy and healthy life
-
This consultation is NOT designed to address existing behavior issues, rather to prevent behavioral issues from occurring
-
I will teach you how to give your cat the physical and mental exercise they need through play, the home environment, positive reinforcement, and an intro to clicker training
-
If you are new to cat care I will go over topics such as litterbox setup, food and water placement, napping spots, and enrichment
-
This is a good option if you are anticipating upcoming changes in your household (e.g. a new pet, new baby, moving, etc.)
